Hey, I’m Madelynn an Oregon & Destination wedding photographer … the face, heart, and creative behind MB Captured Moment. I specialize in wedding photography that blends timeless portraits with candid, joy-filled storytelling. Growing up in Paulina Oregon, I spent my childhood exploring the ranch I grew up on horseback and a lot of time outdoors… on these adventures my moms camera usually came with me. I’d take photos of the foals playing in the field, the birds, anything that caught my eye. This transformed into a love for documenting moments which had led me to becoming an Oregon wedding photographer.
Observing and capturing moments amongst two souls has always been a passion of mine, even since childhood. I now travel Oregon and beyond documenting love stories and sharing unforgettable moments with every gallery.

Photos aren’t just “photos” to me. They are each a unique documented moment in time that can be remembered in a visual way. People often default to a quick smile and “look at the camera guys!” when a camera is pointed at them but this is one of the biggest reasons I do what I do. Documenting the little moments when nobody is watching. Not setting everything up for perfection, allowing those unique moments to unfold, giving guidance but not direct instruction. I adore looking for the in between moments… hugs amongst family members, laughter between friends, subtle glances between prompts or poses. Those are the photos that have drawn me to my work. Those are the moments I seek.

We’re working with Madelynn for our Fall 2026 wedding and she has been so great! She responded to my inquiry so quickly and was helpful in figuring out which wedding photography package was the best fit during our introductory call. A complimentary engagement photo session was part of the package we selected and Madelynn was super easy to coordinate with. She was really easy to chat with during the session and made us feel very comfortable! The photos turned out so good!! We love the film inspired ones especially! The set of Polaroids is also such a special touch. Can’t wait to have her capture our wedding next year!
